The Winter Blooms Part-1......

The Winter Blooms......

The onset of winters, brings with it, a spectacular sight of colours in a regular landscape. Flowers of all shades of colours, Red, Yellow, White, Blue, and many more. Winter is the time, which shows us the unimaginable beauty of nature, flowers of all colours, shapes and sizes, make their way to beautify our landscape. Be it the ghazanias, or the beautiful pansies, cosmos, dahlias, petunias, chrysanthemums, and many more.

The best thing about these flowers is the varied colours, they come in. These flowers, actually, soothe to eyes.

With season changes, I too, get some of these annuals, from nearby plant nurseries, for the want of the splash of colours, on my roof. So, I bought home some winter annuals like White African Daisy, Ghazania, Cineraria, from a nearby nursery, apart from usual marigolds and other of my regulars. Apart from that, I did order a few seed packets from biocarve.com, including, ghazania, venedium, california poppy, sunflower, gallardia, and vinca, but unfortunately, none of the seeds were able to germinate.
